InfraSync was looking for a solution that would not only cut down on paper usage but also be able to automate daily activities, make labour collaboration easier, and give visual insights instantly.

InfraSync is dependent on the conventional maintenance procedure, which is manual and consequently creates massive paperwork & workflows that were not integrated. Digital solutions were not used very effectively because of the lack of technical infrastructure and no IT support.

OPERATIONAL TRANSFORMATION
The total transformation journey aimed to completely change the way InfraSync’s maintenance activities were managed by reducing manual processes, cutting down paper usage, and introducing real-time operational control. The plan for each phase was to make the process more efficient, accountable & service-oriented.
InfraSync maintenance operations underwent an extensive study, and an overlooked by old manual processes, a digital roadmap was created that synchronised with InfraSync's long-term growth goals.
Considering the user experience, mobile and web interfaces were designed in such a way that they would be very easily accepted by the tech-savvy admins, managers, supervisors, and even field staff with little technical knowledge.
They made sure that the entire digital ecosystem was built on the latest technology using React and Node, which combined ERP, CRM, cloud infrastructure, and BI tools for complete task, workforce, assets and reporting control.
The solution was deployed across all InfraSync-managed properties, enabling real-time task updates, automated scheduling, offline mobile access & detailed performance reporting.
