VoltWave sought a powerful and rigid foundation to be the backbone of their charging network that is continuously being built.
Among the main features were real-time stations' monitoring, dynamically controlled load, billing processes that are automated, OCPP-compliant hardware integration that is seamless.
The objective was to create an enterprise-quality charging management platform that would allow for real-time monitoring, intelligent energy distribution, flexible pricing models, and wide-ranging analytics to be present.
The system architecture had to be hardware-agnostic thus allowing for rapid network expansion.

Challenges
The aged system put in place by VoltWave was not capable of real-time monitoring, and as a result, problems were resolved with a delay and uptime was poor. Over the shortcomings of hardware compatibility, the absence of dynamic load management, and the manual billing process, they became unable to achieve the intended operational efficiency and scalability.

OUR PROCESS
We comprehend the whole process and split it into separate stages, where every stage focuses on understanding the genuine needs of the patients and creating the solutions that would work in the real world, instead of just the demo being impressive.
Initially, we identified problems, captured dissatisfaction, and mapped staff workflows to pinpoint where changes would create impact.
Developed an easy-to-use UI that not only appealed to the elderly patients but also the younger ones & carried out testing at each stage with actual patients.
Created a system that was safe, trustworthy and able to handle not only complex healthcare but also patient data and reminders, all the while observing strict privacy.
Initially done with a pilot group, further refinements were made according to feedback, staff were trained and a gradual expansion for smooth adoption.
