The aim was to shift from desktop-bound processes to a mobile-first digital ecosystem. The apps had to support biometric attendance, mobile payments, quick communication, and on-the-go access to academic records.

The old desktop-only setup made things really tough when people needed mobile access. Students couldn't pull up their attendance, parents had no way to get instant updates & teachers had to carry laptops just to handle daily tasks.
- Students & parents couldn’t easily access daily attendance, daily reports, or important updates.
- They can’t take attendance or input grades unless they are at a computer, which slows them & limits their flexibility.
- With no announcement feature to send out a message, the messages went unregarded & announcements were late.

We created a platform for both iPhone and Android that works with a shared cloud system, keeping everything consistent. The apps included fingerprint sign-in, mobile payments, instant alerts, offline access, document scanning, live dashboards, and chatbot help.
